Is it me or does it seem like the level of troll-dom has increased ten-fold from when the NGX was coming out? Regardless, take your time with the plane....from a purely selfish standpoint, the delay allows me to finish pulling down the tiles in the bathroom without rushing about like a madman and incurring the wife's wrath.....

Wow ! You guys here at avsim are nothing short of Dictators. I simply voiced my opinion of the project and you have already censored it within two minutes of it being posted.

 

I don't why people would bother making an account here if all your going to so is censor and ban new members.

Dang, it's mind baffling what some people will criticize.  Each company that produces add-ons has their own business practices and the last I looked, they are free to release products as they see fit.  So what if PMDG goes the extra mile, so what if PMDG strives for such realism, so what if PMDG delays one of their products because THEY see something that needs corrected.  If you don't work for them, stand down!

 

Personally I don't care if the 777 is delayed until January if something major needs to be corrected.  Let them be the judge of that.  I'm VERY happy flying what I currently have and don't lose any sleep over 777 release delays.  Good lord, we've waited this long so what's a few more days??

I am just looking for my new "Top Power Person" codes to access my little laptop here. He may be still breathing because a bullet is caught in the chamber, but I am working on it! I have been banned on occasion elsewhere over the years.  Some may think its a right of passage.  Personally, I think its playing with fire:  in most cases a ban will be temporary but yo never know if a mod is having a REALLY bad day and perma-bans you.

 

The trouble with temping fate here @ AVSIM is there are too many unofficial support forums that I need.  Its simply not worth the risk.  And it is Tom's backyard, so his rules.

 

But I do really wish PMDG would start their OWN forum on their OWN URL.  I'm guessing the reason they haven't and don't is that there is much more foot traffic through here.

Getting close to Monday here in Australia. :-)
If you aren't happy without the PMDG 777, then you most likely will not be happy with it.......

It is more like a business and you either be nice or.....get banned.

We all have our pet hates but we can easily upset others with different points of views.

Treat this forum as a support and information forum and less about espousing view points.

Yes facts can be argued, but if its political or assumed then you should consider yourself banned.

The whole point of this forum is to share things from FS.

I shouldn't say anymore, Stephen or Tom can elaborate on troll behaviours as hat is not my scope. ;-)

This is Complete nonsense !

The product looks fine for release by looking at all of the beta videos on youtube. The only problem here is PMDGs " Perfectionist " policy.

Typical pre-release thread in the PMDG forum at AVSIM. Half of everyone is complaining and the other half have self appointed themselves as junior deputy moderators, demanding that people sign their names.
