Will you buy the 300?

Featured Replies

I did not buy the 737-600 expansion.

if you have a few bucks to spend, don´t miss this one. Simply one of the most lovely planes today for FSX.

In a word "YES".

Unless the -300 is SIGNIFICANTLY (i.e. at the very least 50% less) less in price than the base pack -200, then the answer for me is a definite NO and I'll wait for the 747-400 V2.0 to come out instead.

The -300ER is an expansion. RSR noted in one of the pinned threads that it will follow the line of the NGX, where the 800/900 was a less expensive expansion.

This is a question for Kyle:

I just looked at the post in the PMDG site for the $1,500,000 aircraft.  In one of the paragraphs is says the "200ER Expansion", is the 200ER included with the 300ER?

Yep, I will buy any commercial jet that PMDG makes.  Plus a majority of 777 Operators use the 300.

(You're absolutely right! Haha)

Oh that was good! I just burst out laughing and everyone is now looking at me

Well, I was clearing out my study tonight and found £50 in an envelope from some bygone Christmas, so, essentially, the 300ER is now free for me in the form of a Christmas present from Uncle or Aunt Whoever.

I heard from an unqualified source that it has taken this long because the -200ER is included, so it would be interesting if it did. Let the conspiracy theories start coming in...

I will buy it. I like long haul, but also for supporting PMDG. I bought NGX and still today I have not made a single flight with it. I am too busy with 747 and 777 :).

I don't care 50 bucks...100 bucks i will buy it.

I've been waiting for this aircraft for a looooong time and whatever the price...... that's only two trips to the gas station on my SUV.

You just gotta try it, it really is an interesting plane to fly. The beauty is that you can just do a short 90min flight, just great for those times when you want to enjoy flight sim, but only have a short time and that overhead panel is way more interesting than the T7.

I cannot understand how people can say that 40 or 50$ are to expensive. You have to realise the work that they put into this addon and how long you can use it.

Greetings from Cologne,

Tobias

I would love to get it, and had planned for it, but im flying p3d, and fsx is only staying on because of PMDG. So I will have to say no for now. If the p3d version is actually a reasonable price, than its a no brainer.
