Awsome!! I can't wait to purchase this, mostly because I'm from RI. Now I can finally do those flights from KUUU to KPVD with good scenery. And possibly fly out to KBID if they have it in there.

This scenery looks VERY VERY GOOD!Got a quick question. What is the enviormental effects I heard about? Are they talking about the mesh, land, and water class? Or somthing different?

I agree with you Dan that the prices continue to go up. I remember when addons were 5 and 10 dollars. Good point about the marketing. Price high and those who have to have it will buy it. Price low and those who may not pay otherwise would buy it. The point about us paying it..., we are doing it to ourselves, but I guess we like it.Thanks for the info on La Palma. I will give it another try. I really want to use this scenery. I think something went wrong in the install. (I got a couple of errors).Dennis

I looked at the shots, video, but I am unable to see any tire marks on the runway at Providence. Call me crazy but I don't get any payware scenery without this feature anymore. Awesome scenary..But here is the economics. I spend a lot of money on addons and stuff... and yet I am not willing to spend $40 for this one small area.I am not complaining.. I am just explaining my economic decision of Buy/No buy.RI is not my area.... and its too small an area. and it does not complement all the other scenaries that I have Mega Scenaries... So Cal, No Cal, PNW, NY.Its too isolated for me....but I still wanted to buy this ...more out of curiosity of finding a good job on the work they had done. But that $40 just made the decision of NO BUY easier for me.

Im waiting on a properly done Atlanta. I have Bill Molonys AWESOME FS2002 scenery and have it tweaked quite a bit, but I wrote Bill once and he said he wasnt going to update to FS9. Georgia has a lot of varied scenery, ranging from military, to city, to mountains, sea coast etc. Would be nice to fly there with a modern project and I would absolutely pay for it.ERic

And that is what makes commercialism great. You justified your no purchase, and it was all based on your criteria and your decisions. I am glad the system works. IF it were a scenery I did not want, 10 dollars would be too high. You stated that you did not want it, so you could have stopped there. It sounded like you were on the fence, and the price pushed you over. That is called a free market. Yaay!Be happy in your decision. You can see what a good job they did in the Screenshots Forum, and by all of the rants of satisfied customers, and you saved 40 dollars.DM

I can't believe some blind plonkers are whining this doesn't look good. The days of cloning a few macros & tracing taxilines, charging 10bucks,are LONG over. This scenery is handcraft with loving care by a 'real' artist; no programmer or amateur art here. In my mind, KPVD is the most significant fsadon in Flight Simulator history. Great example of what can be squeezed out of a very poor oldschool toolset.Everyone should buy this, its worth 100s of dollars. A good strip is a good strip' no point in being snobby about PVDs location. I'll take this over a 1000 bland Heathrows,LAXs and even my own KBOS scenery.george
