May 25, 201610 yr Welcome to the X-Plane world PMDG team! She is a real beauty, and from what I've seen so far the level of detail and love put into it by the developers is amazing, I can already tell it has a "soul" and "character" - congratulations! This will be another milestone in XP history, and I am really looking forward to flying it. So to all x-planers - lets give them the warm welcome they deserve next week! Morten Melhuus
May 25, 201610 yr LOL! I was too busy drooling over it to read that little tidbit!! I can wait. I've waited this long! Don

May 26, 201610 yr I have been watching this for years. I had no idea it wasn't going to be for FSX. I was really looking forward to it too. I hope it's not going to be too long. It looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Don Must not have been looking very well! Edit: Also, to support, it acutally IS going to be for FSX, just not yet...
May 26, 201610 yr Going to be interesting to see how the two sims model the same plane visually and system wise.
May 26, 201610 yr Looking forward to a Day 0 purchase. Thanks PDGM. I9 12900K @5.2Ghz 64 GB DDR4, RTX 4090, Win 11 Pro, 15 TB on 5 SSD's
May 26, 201610 yr For starters, the FSX version won't model circuit breakers. That's what I was wondering.
May 26, 201610 yr That's what I was wondering. The XP version seems to be the "definitive" version and might be true for the entire product range once they move everything over. If they ever do of course. 4790K @4.9GHz, 32GB DDR3, 1080Ti, W10-64bit
May 27, 201610 yr Commercial Member For starters, the FSX version won't model circuit breakers. I would be very surprised if the eventual FSX / P3D version didn't model the circuit breakers. I'm sure they'd strive for 1:1 functionality between the two platforms. Jim Stewart Milviz Person.
May 27, 201610 yr I would be very surprised if the eventual FSX / P3D version didn't model the circuit breakers. I'm sure they'd strive for 1:1 functionality between the two platforms. They said earlier on it was an issue with too many click spots bogging down performance.
May 27, 201610 yr They said earlier on it was an issue with too many click spots bogging down performance. Right, and if I remember, available RAM (32-bit vs. 64-bit) was the underlying reason.
