Major upgraded Sim.

I may not get as excited as Mitch, but I am really impressed!

The light is even better in my opinion than X-Plane.

The water looks wet!

Everything works!

P3D Rules!

Kind regards,

Stephen

Yes, hoping they get PTA working; will wait for that before install...and the qw 787 as still enjoying that plane a great deal.

Really happy gone from 4.1 to 4.3 and the visuals have improved without any tweaks in the config, on the same settings but I found FFTF is not compatible at the moment needs updating, Traffic Global works no problem in 4.3 traffic settings at 100%.

pmdg 777 is working, i guess i can say the frames during night with DL on is someone better, but little bit of stutter, maybe i have to do some tweaking in NI, but overall performance is much better than 4.2

Are Airport Sceneries that work in v4.2 supposed to work in 4.3?

This thing runs like a scalded dog in 4.3.

What did they do? This is a very smooth, far advanced platform. The light, ambient tone and aircraft shiny textures are so life-like. Seriously, seems like a technical breakthrough.

Well,  you're tempting me 🙂

I really miss my FSLabs A320 🙂

Will AEROSOFT MADEIRA work ?

Flying gliders since 1980

Flightsimming since 1992

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

Ok, i've run into a problem.

Downloaded just the Client, went through the install procedure as per Poppet's instructions.

Problem is it 'hangs' at the Splash Screen.

Searched the net for problems. Tried deleting both the scenery and Prepar3d cfg files, no luck. Tried moving the dll.xml file

out of the way, not the problem either.

So went back to v4.1 as per Poppet's instructions, and has no problem at all, back to normal.

What is the difference between v4.1 and v4.3 that is causing this?

Is there something in v4.2 that i've missed?

Cheers.

Andy.

No problem on anything whatsoever for me. Did client only.

QW 787 -100%

Active weather -100%

I have that (unmentionable modern) traffic program -100%

ORBX Sceneries I have tried - 100%

VFX Central -100%

Envdir -100%

Large freeware ship traffic -100%

Tried most of my favorite and large payware aircraft collection and so far -100%

Guys, you should see the water with the sun sparkling, on it and the night lights twinkling in the hills. The red lights and landing lights on the L-39 are finally all that was ever hoped for by that magic aircraft.

Kind regards,

Stephen

Did LM change anything in the rendering engine, since you're experiencing a better lighting and material rendering?
