Prepar3D V4.4 Add-on Compatibility List

Does anyone know if any addon scenery needs to be reinstalled with a complete reinstall?  I can't remember if any replaced any default files that would've been deleted with the reinstall.

The QW 146 doesnt work together with the new fsuipc 5.15 . Flaps and spoilers wont move.

If you have FSLabs aircraft installed, remove them.

You might have some other issue. Just tried it and all is working just fine here, as is the QW 787.
