Always, always, always clear your history and never store personal info before or after making an online purchase.

Three times I have requested, three times they have answered in an email saying "...we just sent you a link to your files. Three times asked, three times received a lie. If you had issues, I hope you have contacted your credit card company and reported the unexplained charges. I know sometimes individuals will accidentally hit the purchase button twice.
