February 16, 20215 yr Yeah, would be nice to see an update covering somewhere on the southern hemisphere. But we have to remember they rely on data availability. Updating an area with no data wouldn't do much to improve it.Maybe we can suggest them to update other areas with just POIs/Landmarks. Let's say they are realesing an update for France and BENELUX, but together with that they could release some landmarks/POIs for South Africa and Namibia. February 16, 20215 yr My guess is population centers and countries with more cities with details would be a higher priority. South Africa is beautiful, but other than a couple of big cities, the rest is very rural.

February 16, 20215 yr Africa does need an update. the Victoria Falls are extremely disappointing for example, nothing like you would expect.
