Thank you for taking the time to listen to the suggestions here and for working to fix the issues. The Widgeon is a joy to fly in MSFS. Any news on when we can expect the Lear to make the move over? Easily the best biz jet across any of the sim platforms. Thanks for the reply. Because so many requests for the Lear35A and now that i have got the routine down for the new sim i will bump it up to after the release of the C414 as that is next in line as i have a deadline as we have a professional paint Company doing the texture as we speak.

June 12, 20215 yr Any chance you could add a paint kit? For my purpose, just a plain version of WING_ALBEDO.PNG (or .PNG.DDS) and FUSELAGE_ALBEDO.PNG would already be a big help. Thanks for developing the Widgeon for MSFS, it is great fun to fly. Peter

Since you are taking requests😉 Your Mitsubishi MU-2B is one of my most flown planes in FSX, I have countless hours in it (Steam says I have 1775.5 hours in FSX so countless might be hyperbole, but still A LOT). A MSFS version would bring me great joy!

June 14, 20215 yr Water is still getting in the cockpit on the the far left and right side of the cockpit. Not much but there is a line on either side of it coming through. Good update though. Plane is a joy to fly. Any chance we can get the tailwheel to turn more? Still a bear to ground handle even with differential brakes and differential throttle @Flysimware Also the upgraded textures look much much much cleaner on a 4k screen then prior. Super kudos to you guys. Nick Silver http://www.youtube.com/user/socalf1fan Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 64gb ddr4 3200mhz ram, RTX 4080 Super, HP Reverb G2 v2, 4K Tv Monitor
June 14, 20215 yr The new update looks and works great! Love it! One thing that was pointed out to me on the official MSFS forum: apparently the checklist calls to enable crossflow but not turn on the fuel valves. So someone was having trouble starting the engines by following that checklist. I don’t use the checklist in-sim, so I haven’t seen it.

June 14, 20215 yr So, considering the water rudder doesn't exist and Asobo hasn't implemented differential thrust in order to make these things "steerable" on water, have you considered a solution for a temporary "fake water rudder"? There is a freeware Grumman Goose out that has implemented this: (copied from the public forum post, so no proprietary information here)... This might make the challenge of maneuvrability on water here. The best solution IMHO is to add a non existent water rudder. Do the following: Open flight_model.cfg in an editor (Notepad is fine) Search for “[CONTACT_POINTS]” Remove “;” at the beginning of the 2nd (at the bottom) line starting with “point.9…” (this makes it active) Change the first parameter to 4, read like “point.9 = 4, …” (turns the point into a float) Set “max_number_of_points = 10” (adds the point to the contacts points list)
