Why?

As far as I can think I would at most move the contents of the Community folder to some safe place because some addons may present compatibility issues. 

Other than that this is after all supposed to be a dynamic platform...

My community folder will definitely be replaced with a empty one.Lots of new stuff with this update don't want any holdovers.Probably no today with the servers running real hot.
