Possibly when using a Xbox controller for ...everything. But after seeing so many bugs a dot,....well, is a dot. An easy fix I´d say XD

I have an X box controller plugged in that I use for the Drone Camera, sometimes. I have never seen this white dot, when does it occur?

It's only in the cockpit when moving the camera around with the controller. It goes away once you stop moving the camera. It's essentially a mouse cursor for the controller users, so they know where they're clicking.

Great to see people are posting complaints about the shimmering in the scenery.

Is this getting fixed too? So awful in VR

VR?!?

Well I think they should get an A for the effort and acknowledgment at least.  Far too many game developers refuse to believe there is bugs and will not do anything about it.  You cant ignore the core dedicated community when that is essentially what drives things forward. Not casual gamers.  Patience with either side goes a long way.  Pleased these issues are being addressed, and some quite soon rather than waiting for the next official update.

Not on their list now, but there are several posts about it on the Forum page regarding the upcoming hotfix. They asked to fill out if you have any complaints. I did, and so did some other posters.

I wonder if they've figured out what's causing this

Looks like a decent patch, hope it does what it says it does.

Several days of so many others insulting people in threads claiming no lod or texture changes and it was all in our imagination, and here we are...

Hold up, you mean all of those issues were just bugs and had NOTHING to do with them downgrading the graphics so Xbox could shine? WHATTT?

Some of it was, like the issue with Ultra not staying at ultra. That was a bug with settings not saving and loading properly, but also solved some (not all) of the degradation some people reported when resolved.
