Already made my first flights with this new update without problems but I take a break to take the time to thank them.

Thank you ASOBO.

Well MSFS started and no crashes yet, that is a good sign.

From the patch notes, they didn’t fix the CTDs in this hotfix.  Some CTD fixes are coming next World Update, August 26th I think.

Anyone getting update screen seems nothing was loaded at checking for updates screen - prob to small to register maybe

Read Page 1 - its says Nothing in installation manager, this means once the download from Steam or MS store is complete you are good to go.

Didn´t need more than 20 minutes to know that the terrain looks like SU4 again. Thank you Asobo.

That awful overexposure is finally banished. Much better. But hopefully HDR users will get that slider soon.

Just taken off from EGLC in the BN2 Islander.  With SU4 it was unplayable with FPS in single digits until over Central London, now, taking off at night with 30+ FPS and not a stutter in sight.  I am so pleased with this update so far.

Well this is a huge improvement.  Frame rates much better, no stutters, no tearing, no long pauses, graphically improved.  Still have quite bit of popping scenery in photogrammetry areas but not much elsewhere. Still a little blurry in the distance and the disappearing mouse issue hasn't been resolved (but that wasn't in the change log so not surprising).   First impressions - very positive.

Better FPS too?? 😮

Not here same but I have them locked at 30 but I can tell when it drops and dropping same as before but comes back to 30 - doubt more fps was Their biggest concern on this quick fix - maybe at a later date

Not seeing the popping which is nice
