You really have to zoom in to see that those wheels are squared, who does that under normal use:p(ok obviously people do). Its really nitpicking. Personally I spend 99% of my simming time in the cockpit, and when looking at the plane from outside I never zoom in that close to really notice things like that. Im very ok now with this product, atleast until a2a comes along, wich really is the type of depth im looking for...

My Kodiak has round wheels. 😉

Glad I did not jump on this aircraft. Aerosoft disappoints yet again. PMDG and JustFlight have set the bar of what payware aircraft should be.

Hopefully someone else makes a Twotter.

Not only that. Just Flights customer service is off the charts

Well good for you, enjoy:). The kodiak may be a good addon, but the plane doesnt intrest me at all. Im more into steam gauges and the twotter have a special place in my heart because I grew up with it when it served our small domestic airports in Norway for a decade before being replaced by Dash 8-100/200,,,.. Even if the twotter has issues and squared wheels wich I cant see, Im enjoying it a lot and the FPS in vr with it is just excellent,,,, maybe the wheels help with that...

Wish it had more depth though, but it is what it is and nobody else seems to want to make one except Aerosoft.

I don't like the sounds, but I still have to wait for the update and check out the improvements. But I can live with it, its mostly when changin prop pitch it annoys me, also, dunno when going into reverse it sounds wrong, but im not sure wether its supposed to sound like that... But not really an expert on how it should be, its been 30 years since it ended service here in Norway, so not sure anymore how its supposed to be..

But im still having a blast with it..

My opinion on the updated Twotter sounds are that they are better but could still be a lot better hopefully, they will be in time as this aircraft has still only been released for one week.

AMD 9800X3D,  NZXT X73 RGB AIO COOLER, Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI7, 64GB 6000MHZ RAM, 4TB Samsung Pro NVME, 4 TB Crucial P3+ NVME, 4TB Crucial SSD, Gigabyte Gaming OC Geforce RTX5090, Antec C8 ARGB Case, X55 JOYSTICK/THROTTLES, LG 4K C4 42" TV/Monitor 120 Hz, 2 Dell 1080 monitors. Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Bravo Throttle. Thrustmaster TPR Pedals. Moza AB6 FFB Joystick, Pimax Crystal Light VR, Tobii Eye tracker, Steelseries Arctis 7+ Wireless Headphones.

Well I probably won’t get a chance to try this out till the weekend but I actually quite like what we have so far, apart from the sounds which are surprisingly poor in execution. Hopefully they redo the audio in a future update to do the rest of the aircraft justice.

Ryzen 9800X3D, RTX 5090, 64GB, Win 11. MSFS2020. Moza, MFG, Fulcrum & Virpil controllers. Quest 3 for VR.

  I see.  Welp..

Seems like that aged about as well as @Kilo60's assertion in the other thread that the trim wheel animation "isn't going to be fixed in an upcoming patch!"   Or, for that matter, your certainty in the other thread that the XBox limitation excuse was a fact until it was proven otherwise, just because PR at Aerosoft said so.

Like I said upthread...  I think people are letting their personal grudges, whether it be against Aerosoft, or the Xbox, or "gamers", or whatever, give them some sort of derangement syndrome that is destroying any credibility they may want to have.  Maybe a few deep breaths and a return to reason could be helpful.

At least you've stopped with the childish "Twin Conner" namecalling.  I give you props for that. 😄

(I'm not defending Aerosoft in this, either.   I felt at the time that the XBox excuse was patently absurd, and explained why.   And was further supported on that by folks who've done actual plane development.  We still don't know the true story there, but the way folks have clung to that and shouted it to the heavens when it was, upon reflection, dubious is even more absurd.)

But its not on the market place or it wasn't as quickly and where was the Market place delay.. So it aging well wasn't the point! More gentle encouragement especially on the FS official forums. So never mind the smart comments! you are welcome!

The anti Ice boots do nothing! They work on the TBM! Man this plane is just realz! Like my mind is blown people, no I'm like staring at my screen right now in awe. Good job guys, So glad I bought the Co-sell Antarctica add-on too, I mean +40C temps year round...I dont need no ICE boots!

I don't know why people keep mentioning the sound, given the fact that way upthread someone linked to a sound mod on flightsim.to that everyone seems to like.

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

The mod is superb, but the point is you have to purchase the sound set - about £10, 13 Euro, $15US.  So some people are saying why should they, the sound set provided by Aerosoft should be good enough.
So I suppose it depends how much disposable income you have!    One thing is for sure, the difference in quality between the 'improved' Aerosoft sounds and the third party sound set is like night and day - Aerosoft still have a long way to go.
