To be clear: I wasn't saying the -700 will cost more, but the first package you buy will cost more than the others.

Since they're individual packages, all independent, that doesn't really make much sense. They will all cost the same probably.

I'll be getting the 700 only anyway.

Fantastic, my MSFS is all good to go. Got plenty of USA scenery to do Southwest hops and then BBJ ops for Europe! 

So they aren’t releasing it even with the old EFB at first they’re adding a newer one later? Did I read that right ?

That would be stupid, I hope not. I think they will keep the old one (which is already programmed and certainly no big deal for MSFS anyway) and replace it later when the new one is ready.

I read it as all packages will cost the same.  My guesses are a price of $69.99 and a Release Date Friday May 6th.

so i have to wait more time to get my hands on the 800, they know once the 800 comes out not many will want the 600-700, but we have waited this long so a few more months wont hurt 

At this point, in the race between PMDG and Fenixsim to get the percentage of customs who will buy only one of them, PMDG made an overtake that could be decisive!

I'm pretty sure that Fenixsim will come soon with an update.

 

I think that who will come first will break any sales record on day 1 in flight simulation history. Change my mind.

Lol what. Why would people buy only one. That are completely two different products and planes. 
 

but having the pmdg 738 only 3 months later sucks. They know most want only the 800 so they hide it behind unpopular variants. Thx for nothing

I wrote a percentage. Not all of them.

 

There will be a percentage of customs who will buy one of them and they already decided.
There will be a percentage of customs who will buy no one of them.
There will be a percentage of customs who will buy both.
There will be a percentage of customs who will buy one of them and they don't know yet which. This percentage will play a factor in this race.

$69.99 x 4 = $279.96 for all 4? Man that is STEEP!

This means each model will cost the same price. Now the exact price is not yet said. But one thing is guarnteed there will be equal amounts of happy and not-happy people on here taling about it!

 

I just hope they can step up MSFS2020 a little bit.
It looks pretty empty right now, at least we are going to finally be able to see how MSFS2020 reacts to "study level" addons.

Stand-alone means that you do not need to buy the other ones to be able to run it (like the base package on P3D, or what FSL did). This means absolutely nothing about the price.
