It's a great card, a classic that still holds its own these days. Reading your specs post - Your GPU may be an issue as its getting on the older end but no one here can give you a 100% answer as we all have various hardware configs and settings. Thank you for your opinion, my gtx1080 runs perfectly at FHD with other other study level airplanes at max details. But seeing other systems much better than mine running the Fenix A320 with some difficulties, I'm evaluating carefully if to buy it or not. Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).

I get it - Its probably best not to buy it in your case if you have these concerns. But I have also seen lots of other people including myself where I'm having a stable experience. May 23, 20224 yr I checked my BIOS and I do have an integrated GPU, so I activated it - the performance increase in the A320 is amazingly good with the screens rendered on the iGPU! Also I doubt that no other study level airplane needs performance increase on any system... Surely extra performance is always welcomed, why wouldn't it be? I noted a significant performance increase by utilising the iGPU. I can't imagine any study level airplane not benefitting from extra performance. I can't imagine any study level airplane not benefitting from extra performance. Some people have reported the opposite by using the iGPU. The good thing is about the Fenix system is you can make the changes on the fly and see the performance difference in real time. I quickly discovered performance was better running the systems on my 3080ti instead of my 5800x. This is probably due to me being main thread limited using default ultra settings. With 2k resolution my GPU was basically taking a nap. Ryan

May 23, 20224 yr Just checking in to say that after loading the plane with a balance setting in the UI, the sim was very smooth @30. I reloaded the sim with a quality setting and again, the sim was smooth. I do use a 1080P monitor. MSFS
