Back to topic, please. my bad! back on topic... it's really cool that the ini A310 is coming as a totally free update. it does strike me as an interesting business move (for both MS and ini) since it's a fairly 'oddball' airliner (retro, not particularly famous or well-liked, not particularly beautiful, etc) and if it's at least on the level of complexity of the XP11 version, seems a bit much for Joe Sixpack Xbox user to get to grips with, lol. i doubt i'll fly it much, but i'm eagerly awaiting the freighter version as well as the A300.

Like modeling the windshield wiper flying off if used above operation speed, or static electricity buildup on the windscreen during certain conditions? If that's who I'm thinking of, then man... I can't imagine getting such an airframe for free. Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire. I can't imagine getting such an airframe for free. i'm not aware of any addon with those features. they certainly aren't in the A300 for xp11, although i find it to be a very high quality product overall. it's on par with most of the 'top-tier' add ons out there IMHO. i have no doubt they'll have upped their game for the MSFS versions.

From what I've heard they have some very detailed parts in their aircraft modelling (study level), like those you mentioned, but others are rather underdeveloped and/or buggy for quite some time. They are not a huge team, so I guess things go a bit slower and less perfect therefore. I know many people say it's the best they've ever flown, but I think many of those only fly/flew on XPL, so cannot really compare to PMDG or FSL. I'd like to hear from someone who extensively flown PMDG, FSL and Inibuilds. As I said I'm purely guessing and do not want to do injustice to Inibuilds. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

June 16, 20223 yr While I'm very happy with the good news, I hope that the aircraft will not be rushed due to release date demands by MS, resulting in incomplete systems or poor performance. Not sure how strong the incentive is to fix those (potential) issues later on and improve the product as months go by, if all the money has already been paid and it's considered a complete deal. With the usual payware aircraft issues are usually fixed later, and new features added down the road in order to make more sales from newcomers.
