I got the update notice from SimMarket, they seem to be a little faster with the updates I find....most of the time.

I agree. DD Chicago was a complete waste of money. I will never buy another DD product unless Chicago is eventually fixed. I hear Newark is just as bad.

KMDW...Even with an empty community folder and zero AI, I experience 10-15 second freezes over the threshold of all runways there. By the time it unfreezes, I'm careening down a taxiway towards certain doom. Miserable way to end an otherwise flawless two hour flight. Would love to see this great airport with proper design/coding.

I'm in the same boat with the inibuilds version.  My sim runs flawless with the exception of Newark.  Partially...... ok entirely my fault, i'll be flying in on the fenix or pmdg into NY at 4k with FSLTL running samscene NY, RKBridger bridges, JFK lighting enhancement, Feelthere LGA and still get upset at myself when the frames are only in the 20s 😂

By the way what are ur computer  specs ? I have to run TLOD at 150   sometime down to 100, stinks!!

Any update as to where you can get this update?  I haven't seen it anywhere.

Sorry but this does seem like something specifically wrong with your hardware or settings. I don't have that happen at KMDW even with the Chicago Landmarks and AIG at 100%. And I bet my PC is worse than yours.
Also check for any marketplace addons that might interfere, those are not in the community folder.

It's available via ORBX. If you have bought it via ORBX that is.

I was able to get the update from my SimMarket previous orders page as version 1.1. I was able to remove the statics, internal moving people, etc. and at LOD 150 or below it provides good performance. Once I go above LOD 150 I start to see serious FPS drops. Overall I am happy with this very accurate/up-to-date EWR but it is the location I get the most neg. performance impact in MSFS. 

What is the visual difference between TLOD 150 and 200 in concrete terms? What would I miss at 150?

Hmm, my Chigago scenery I bought from DD wasnt bad at all, ran fine on my previous low end system. That being said I dont use it anymore because of the horrible night lightning, looks so unatural, same with DD's Seattle. Now I only buy City sceneries from Orbx and Samscene. To bad because it looks good in daytime:(

How far you can see terrain features and buildings/scenery from your position. On the ground it is less of an issue but in the air, during the day, the lower values can take away what you see at 3000-10000 feet. Once you are higher up its less of an issue. I am okay running with this lower level in airliners but most other locations I can run 200-300 LOD in GA aircraft where it really maters, I can not do that with EWR. When I do flights around NYC area in VFR/GA I turn off DD EWR as I wont be flying there.
