We need to ask MSFS/Asobo to create a cabin/door models for that to be possible. But it would be great to have if they could go back to the models and do some updates. I tend to agree on this; animators of all the crucial surfaces are important. I have not looked to see but are all the systems properly modeled on these two now -- electrical, pressurization, etc.? Are any failures modeled? I think study level means different things to different people so I thought to ask as these are the things I look for to consider an aircraft study level. (Please note, I am not trying to define "study level", I don't think that is possible as people have different expectations and preferences and these are all valid. I just saying what I personally am looking for in a "study level" aircraft.) MSFS 2024. December 11, 20223 yr Yes we are so fortunate to have planes as good, comprehensive and usable as the 'new' CJ4 and the Longtide. Remember the default Learjet that came with FS2004? How we've come on! I too would love to see some polish around things like opening doors, movable visors etc, on all the default planes. It's the only thing that makes many of them feel 'default'. Yeah, It takes a lot of studying to open doors. Think I have to buy the book, "Howto open doors for Dummies" when the beta patch becomes official so I can learn howto open the doors on the TBM. Oh man, can't wait too dig deep into door opening and pulling down stairs.

To be fair if that term is used then I'd expect absolutely every function to work as per the real aircraft. I don't think WT plan that. Not that they are not fantastic in their own right though. Certainly we are well served with quality BizJets, would like to see FlightFX tackle something longer range next - or perhaps an X+..... December 11, 20223 yr Been testing the Longitude and I think it's pretty impressive. Not sure about study level, although I had to resort to the user manual to figure out some things. Both lateral and vertical navigation seems to be working well, and it was easy to program a holding pattern. Pretty impressive system depth for a default aircraft - study level or not. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

December 12, 20223 yr The term "Study Level" has no meaning to me. Whether or not I enjoy the plane does so it is the HJET for me every time. sp

I remember for a long time Porsche would not let their car's likeness or anything be used in racing sims/games but they changed their thinking. The past issue with Porsche and racing games/sim was over damage models. Things get real tricky on how certain car manufactures feel about crash tests/safety standards/digital damage models. Yes even being modeled and portrayed in a video game, Porsche just weren't fond of it, hence why some game studios just took the RUF (Aftermarket Porsche Tuner) route since they were completely rebadged with a different manufacturer. Lots of different moods and pet peeves with certain automotive manufactures, like Ferrari lifetime banning wealthy celebrities from direct first party purchases of Ferrari vehicles. Stating the modifications they've made to their vehicles are "distasteful" to the "Ferrari core values and traditions". 🤣 Asus Maximus X Hero Z370/ Windows 10 MSI Gaming X 1080Ti (2100 mhz OC Watercooled) 8700k (4.7ghz OC Watercooled) 32GB DDR4 3000 Ram 500GB SAMSUNG 860 EVO SERIES SSD M.2

With the clammer for long range bizjets and the general cachet of Gulfstream, I would think they would be a popular item in flight simmer's hangers. No one knows the correct answer. Perhaps a combination of reasons. The Gulfstream G650 is in production by Cockspur. So this will be very interesting to see how it evolves. There was a thread a little while back re the announcement Here Quality reviews are very mixed on this developer. Let’s hope for the best and see how this will be marketed given the history of no Gulfstream jets in flight simulators. With the recent avionics upgrades in the sim, Cockspur has the potential to really pull off a popular winner for the community. With some good texturing it is easy to get excited about this long range biz jet. I know I will bite if the score card passes!
