May 28, 20233 yr Okay guys, I need help. I also have the MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe edition that I bought from the MS Store. I'm not exactly sure how to convert my install from legacy to modern. I've looked at the instructions but I'm a bit nervous as I do not want to mess up my entire install. I remember installing it to my SSD drive which is located on D drive but it's showing C drive under the xbox app. I'd appreciate if someone can walk me through on exactly what I need to do. In my xbox app under settings it shows this: This is where my MSFS 2020 is installed: Edited May 28, 20233 yr by captain420 ASUS ROG Maximus Hero XII ▪︎ Intel i9-10900K ▪︎ NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE ▪︎ 64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro ▪︎ Windows 10 Pro (21H1) ▪︎ Samsung 970 EVO Pro 1TB NVME SSD (OS Drive) ▪︎ Samsung 860 EVO 2TB SATA SSD ▪︎ Seagate 4TB SATA HDD ▪︎ Corsair RMx 850W PSU
May 28, 20233 yr You want to start messing around with the core installation for a 12 bucks addon that simply changes loading screens? I've never been asked to "move" core files to another location, why would I start now? It took two clicks but Striper eventually "found" my MSFS installation.

I exited and ran it again and it had a search option which found and installed. No issues. RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160

However what I did, was to create a new folder on the D drive and called it MSFS. Then, in the screen you show where it says: "Choose a folder for your games on (D:)", I selected the new MSFS folder and and clicked "Move". Edited May 28, 20233 yr by Bert Pieke Bert

June 6, 20233 yr Hi, Using this tool on the MS Store version of MSFS, It find no airports in the airports selection screen (0 airports, too little results match your filters (Filters: All countries, medium and large airports) One thing: My MSFS data (One Store) is on other drive than te C drive. Is it the reason of finding no airports? Nevertheless it displays some airports when MSFS is loading. So, any idea what to do about this? Thanks. Patrice. Patrice Dubois
