v6 Addon compatibility list from those who dare!

Recommended Posts

If you've decided to take the plunge on v6, please share your results here on which addons you've confirmed to work/not-work.

If they work partially or look/run differently, please note that as well.

p.s.: now that at least one person has confirmed the MJC Q400 works, I'm IN.

I'll install a few and report back. FT CYYZ shows up after i installed it to the v6 folder except textures look awful. Aerosoft EDDF Pro works no problem.

Realair Turbine Duke looks OK so far - panel textures not quite what they used to be I think but I can live with that.

What a stalwart - if RXP made their GTN compatible I would be happy for now.

I will test v6 tomorrow night.  From what I can tell Orbx openLC isn’t needed.  Is Orbx Global even needed now.  Apparently the sim has hi res textures now.

Very confusing

I want my ORBX sceneries.  Hopefully, someone will tell me how to do that.

I know it's an old aircraft, but the Quality wings 757 works perfectly in V6

I don't see any click spots for the autopilot

This is from Rob Ainscough, in Orbx' forum: Link

From what he writes, it doesn't look half bad compatibility wise...

Well - the PMDG 777-200LR seems to be working. It was installed, activated and loaded fine. Sounds OK too...

does anyone know of a good source on how to get the installer's to work in the new version? Like airports from fsdreamteam and the aerosoft a330? It may sound funny, But i have never used anything accept official installers from all the add-ons I own
