Bing Maps Down?

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I'm not getting any bing maps satellite imagery today. I'm on SU13 non beta.

Seeing a report of it on MS 2020 forums from 9 hours ago.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Stu

Yeah, the strange thing is that the Map Enhancement tool, even if set to Google Maps, doesn't work either.

Its been confirmed as a Bing Data Server outage - no estimate on when it will be fixed.

Yet another server problem, following the most recent Live Weather problem, and wild disconnection while flying and landing: dedicated to the "it's not MSFS20 fault" guys.

Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).

Yes.  Still, it is good for Carbon offset!

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

How's MSFS2024 gonna cope with being a more stream based Sim? 😐 A bit worrying with all these server related issues and evidently no fallback plan.

Actually Bing Maps is up if you go to it on PC. It’s the data connection between Bing and MSFS.
