Hey it's 21!  Haha.  Let's hope 2024 brings us vastly better PG.

So solving not fully loaded in PG by turning it off is your solution?

The map mod does not provide PG.

Exactly - PG is terrible and the map mod is amazing.

Why would rolling cache help on single flights? From what I understood it downloads PG just the same (with the potential for meltdown cities), with the only difference that it does not have to download it again on a second flight.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I'm no sure technically how but I used to have exactly the same thing with rolling cache on. In addition of melted PG I also had occasional stutters.  But after cleaning nvidia cache and turning off rolling cache  all intermittent stutter were gone and PG improved. I also bumped LOD and object details up! I'm no saying my PG is perfect but definitely better than on topic starter pic

PG is not terrible. I use it all the time. Sometimes the conncetion can't quite keep up with it and it loads in too slow. So what?

Your suggestion is just stupid. Someone complains about PG not loading fast enough and you simply suggest swtiching it off. That's not helpful.

Hi,

Without PG I can run the sim at an LOD of 400 above ultra with no issues, changing cache does nothing. If I'm going to have to run 2020 with no PG then what's the point of 2020 over XP?

I asked over at the MS2020 forum had a couple of up votes in 20 minutes, then the post was deleted. Guess if they don't have an answer they make your post go away? Don't post there much, is that the norm?

I love it - I subscribe yearly so I can use the hybrid map.

I also fly outside the US where the PG isn't as reliable pretty often, and find it indispensable.

I do not use PG and I do not use the map mod. MSFS scenery looks amazing on my PC (apart from the Isle of Man, but even that is apparently improved with the SU15 Beta).

2. Try changing servers. You can do thaf on the top right.

Changing servers does nothing but change multiplayer traffic.  It has zero impact on your graphical data streaming.

Ignore.  double post.
