Even today, if you check their Discord page, dozens of complaints about blank displays, Fenix app not connecting, etc.etc. The PMDG 737 still runs rings around it in performance.

For a number of people. On the other hand a number of people also had no trouble. Still to this day I have not had blank displays or Fenix app causing problems like plenty of others who also do not. Watch out for the MD-11 coming soon. It's really old ! We know the 777 is a old plane , the issue is the PMDG 777 Panel looks like it was ported from FSX/P3D. We know the MD11 wont be ported as its a new plane build from scratch unlike the 777. Just because its PMDG does not mean they would never port , They would just never admit it. PMDG fan boys wont like that comment Jason Richards

Or even FlyByWire for that matter. I made a mistake in buying their 737 BBJ. Atrocious texture work, jpeg-textures, fuzzy resolution, a cockpit door you can't open, etc. Low-rez cabin, etc. And before someone comes in here and says: but it flies like the real thing! Well, yeah, PMDG have been at this plane pretty much for decades.
June 30, 20241 yr I am the owner of Pmdg products including the 738. I think it is a pretty good aircraft with good FPS. But it's kind of legacy in many ways. There are issues which need fixing or upgrading. I have posted recently. We also now have the locked yoke problem since SU15. Also I would have expected all aircraft settings to be in the EFB tablet by now. I expect other upgrades just as other Devs have done. Also the concern is, once FS2024 comes, customers would have to re-purchase the aircraft again just to get these updates. Because this company has a history of this. http://youtube.com/c/Greazer

We have seen numerous updates, screenshots, sounds, tech demos and presentations. Based on that we can see it's at Fenix level (or close to). A day one purchase. http://youtube.com/c/Greazer
June 30, 20241 yr And it’s the 757 bluebird are making isn’t it…. And that’s a very modern Flightdeck isn’t it….. Not!🙄 Regards Paul EGCC

However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

How does any Pmdg cockpit come close to this? And what we also know is they have stated these are not the final textures. The final ones will be even better. http://youtube.com/c/Greazer
June 30, 20241 yr For some reason the displays are easier to read than the Fenix/Maddog and on pair with the 737. I wish the brightness and fonts was adjustable like on the QW787. Fittling around with the GFE does help but ruins the outside VC brightness. I recall Chaseplane had a function to adjust settings and brightness without doing harm outside VC in P3D? We need this in MSFS. Michael Moe Michael Moe
