  • MSFS Forum: "Our support team has confirmed the issue is with the Azure Playfab service (same as yesterday). The Playfab team has acknowledged the issue and are currently working to resolve it.

  • Yeah, the "thin slim client" certainly looks promising /s. Luckily, up here in the Executor, we're not affected (except when entering an asteroid field).

I wonder if it is location specific,

Unlikely. I'm in London, UK. Just finished a flight and had disconnection messages this evening and over for the whole public holiday weekend here.

At least download speeds from the servers were good. I had to redownload MSFS from scratch after I encountered a separate showstopping issue.

I just started MSFS to see if there was an update, and the "connection message" popped up so it is still screwed.

Just saw tons of these. Constant red lost and green connected.

Happening alot

It's happening now and in the recent few hours but it's not been happening at all here for it seems like a couple months when we they had a major outage of Xbox gaming authentication or something like that.  Prior to that it was rare but did happen on occasion, and in spurts.

I can't wait for 2024 which MS says is even MORE reliant on their servers...you know, "thin client" and all - going to be so much fun.

complete disaster here in CA US
I’m having them continuously every minute or so
makes sim useless
I was convinced that this message is because my provider is doing a reset since I always have them once or twice a day
Turn out they are probably not on my end
Also why are they smack in the middle of screen and so gigantic why not somewhere on the side so you can continue operations
It’s just weird
doesn’t seem to be very clever people are  putting this together

Sim,PC, monitor,prescription glasses, chair.

I'm near Calgary Alberta - had 3 or 4 pop ups about this before my flight even loaded... definitely frustrating

Ok who wants to do a "multi-player session" in MSFS2004 ?! 🙂

Glad I saw this, early finish from work - so guess it's a flight in a different sim this morning !!!

They seem to have stopped for the moment... no "Connection Lost" for the last 15 minutes.
