IRL, what they want for those things would buy you a much more capable used regular GA aircraft. That was a big disappointment after they came out with the LSA option. It was supposed to be a more affordable way to get a license and a plane, but in the end most LSAs that aren't oversized ultralights go for money that could buy you a nicely-sorted Ferrari.
