October 20, 20241 yr I got it and agree it's a really well done airport. Miles better than the Amsim version I had before. It looks great and performs great, really impressed. According to FSElite a free update for MSFS2024 is planned: https://fselite.net/content/atelic-releases-madeira-airport-for-msfs/

October 20, 20241 yr What we need also is photogrammetry from MSFS in those Islands, like in Canary Islands, that all they lack of it. Sometimes I think that the surrounding photogrammetry is more important for me than non-generic airports.

As a former resident of Madeira, I felt the urge to improve on the previous Amsim version and was not disappointed, a remarkable product indeed! They even made the effort to work on the immediate surrounding areas to make them more accurate (I have yet to see the sport and leisure area located below the runway). Visiting the inside of the terminal was like walking through that airport again IRL, great details even if one does not bother with this aspect. I think we are slowly getting to a point where we will be able to start a flight not in the cockpit, but at one entrance of the air terminal and walk to our plane!😉 Free idea for you Asobo.
