and with some background information that's exactly the part where I even more put the release for 2020 in question.

As you know they play their cards very close to their chest. I really have no idea what their plans are and even after the new web pages were discovered yesterday forcing Lefteris to post a response people are still no wiser as to what their plans are.

There is one for MSFS (DC designs), although never heard anyone rave about it. So not sure how good it is....

The DC Designs developer open admitted it doesn’t model many of the systems. Externally it looks excellent.

  • Hey - just wanted to clarify a couple bits here as I've also been slightly misquoted, so figured I'd keep things purely factual. Firstly, for our intents and purposes we own the code running Feni

  • Too little too late.

  • Indeed. And personally, I like the Fenix much better as a developer. Their dev team (and Aamir) is SO nice and forthcoming and open with regards to their developments. I'll just stick with the Fenix.

Surprised they are still relevant after the whole test.exe drama.

I saw someone post on a 3rd party FB page and the news regarding FSLabs and the work they're doing.

The post read: "Malware Labs is back".

I thought that was hilarious tbh.

It indicates that some persons have remarkably good memories in this day and age of speed read and move on.

Another Airbus though........market is saturated.

Competition is always good imo. It's not ALWAYS about projected profit charts and minimised fiscal risk spreadsheets. Having a choice keeps devs on their toes.

Also many people are indeed Airbus fans and won't buy anything else so they'd be fine owning more than one version of the same plane. Just think of all the YouTube comparison videos for a start..

Reminds me of what the Great Prophet Zarquon said when his second coming occured a few seconds before the end of the universe "Sorry I’m a bit late... all sort of things cropping up at the last moment. Uh, how are we for time?"

@Ray Proudfoot So let me get this straight. I made a comment that did not attack you in any way at all and you chose to make a snide remark about me. When I responded to you in kind, my response got deleted. I pray to God you weren't the one who deleted it and it was another mod coming to your defense because WOW.

You laughed at a perfectly normal post and wonder why I wrote what I did? I would have said the same irrespective of my status here.

If you've got nothing constructive to say then say nothing. That's all I have to say. I'd advise you to keep your posts on this topic to the title.

There will probably be no more P3D products. But I'm hoping for at least a major update on the current P3D products. Like for example FWC and SDAC and many other things that in my opinion have been left.

But as Lefteries says "take everything you read around the internets with a grain of salt".

A major update for the A320 P3D Family would be enough for me.

I'm not losing hope, I'm sure they will bring a lot of good news. Not just what they've leaked.

Why would they waste any more time in P3D, especially when they start releasing to MSFS? Makes zero sense.

Looks pretty nice, if anybody has the link to the original placeholder site can you post it?

I've never tried an Airbus so I'll be looking for the one with the best avionics after 2024 is released. How do the avionics on the P3D FSL A320 compare to the Fenix?

I laughed at a very specific statement in your post because I found it funny. My way of expressing my doubt that FSL will follow through on their promise. That's my opinion. The last I checked there is nothing in the rules that says I'm not allowed to find something funny and express that. Regardless of what your status is, you can't expect to throw down in the kitchen and not get any mustard on your shirt. That's also all I have to say on the matter.

FSLabs made very good addons for P3D. Exuberant prices too, especially just to get an extra model.

I very much share the sentiment they’ve completely missed the boat that Fenix has now filled.

Wish them the best but I don’t think I’d buy another A321CEO.

The MSFS24 will already come with fairly decent A321neo/A330 from inibuilds. Need to be way above these “default” offering or do something unique to catch the market eg A340, or A380 but that markets already getting saturated with an excellent freeware FBW rendition, and an upcoming inibuilds at some stage.

Also definitely need better customer communication… feel like they’ve been silent in the MSFS side altogether…

MSFS2024: FENIX A319/320/321 | Aerosoft/Toliss A340-600 | TFDi MD-11F | iniBuilds A350 | FBW A380 | PMDG 77W

NZAA | YPPH

AMD7800X3D | RTX4090 | 32GB DDR5

I also wish them the best and I am glad they've finally dipped their toes in the MSFS ecosystem and are familiar with the SDK. As many others have pointed out, it would have been so much better if they came out the gate with a NEO model but MSFS is a big pond and they might still end up being profitable.

The best team for P3D. I recall the sounds which gave me the thrill. at first.

Performance wise they also went up the scale - the flightmodel though was out of this sim world for an airliner.

We should support them as fans what ever - i will for sure as they raised the bar in the industry
