I just use the Nvidia App. The new driver was available for me earlier today.

AFAIK WHQL means: Windows Hardware Quality Labs. It's just MS validating the driver.

I'm seeing both Game Ready and Studio (both WHQL certified) 566.14.

I did a manual driver search for a 4090 and Win11.

Just installed the new driver, cleaned my caches and rebooted.  Will shortly test and rebuild my caches and will report back if any significant changes in performance though it maybe a while as Windoze is now installing KB5046746 update , so I will have no idea which update has either improved or wrecked things.

First test at my local airport, all smooth as silk - now to test in some of my more demanding areas of scenery - generally after about an hour of testing at various locations, I can detect little difference compared to the previous driver.  Nothing detrimental to report though.

I'm not certain it matters but I started the DXShader cache clearing by first uninstalling all NV related drivers thru Win 11 Installed Apps interface.  By doing this, since DXCache folders are associated with the specific driver, you will find those folders will completely empty and not repopulate, whereas if you just delete them w/o going thru the uninstall first that last set of associated shaders will repopulate.   I know several times when I've done this I noticed improved freedom from stuttering.  Right now I rarely ever see any stutters anywhere it's fabulous.

Even more so for one that still has to be released.

Used DDU installed then cleared out all the shaders etc runs very nice here. Bring on 2024!

Loaded up and runs fine.  No problems at all  🙂
