Funny, coming from a guy who weasled himself out of a deal he made with his customers and who would certainly count on no one trying to drag him in front of any court over it, because he would never agree to be sued outside of Russia.

 

And you'd have a very hard time proving this to be libel when coincidently three different developers all accuse you of the same thing.

Flightbeam, FSDreamteam and Contrail all accuse you of piracy. So I'd chose my defence more careful if I were you. 🤫

So we've basically been given a glorious confirmation from the BMW that they indeed stole content from other developers. Enough said, I suppose.

The attack on me was caused by the release of the new Washington airport.

Look, the attacks are not related to the quality of my work, but only contain illegal accusations and insults against me. The author did not choose the honest path of improving the quality of work as a fight, but chose the path of illegal accusations and insults.

There are no monopolies on the release of any product, there is free and fair competition in the market. And the presence of alternative products is aimed at the benefit of buyers who have the opportunity to choose what they like.

Topic: I think the released KIAD doesn't look too good with loads of repetitive textures and I hope Flightbeam will update its version for MSFS2024 and KIAD gets some scheduled ATC sessions on https://statsim.net/atc/?tables=true to use the @sherv_BBS Bluebird 757 for transatlantic flights to KIAD.

A number of developers in a private FB group all came up with the same person and same credentials which led back to this guy. He is a liar and a thief and he has no place in this community. 

Simmarket have pulled and stopped sales as well now.
