Naw he was already there and prefer the FS Labs in P3D or Toliss in X-Plane but rarely streams them. :who knows: he is an FSL Beta tester after all. He did work on the Fenix and Katie Pilot for a while though.

Apparently Fslabs have even simulated all of the circuit breakers which is a nice feature, if using real time failures - Now that C/B check becomes very appropriate as part of pre-flight scan in order avoid any nasty surprises later.

You won't need to check since they will all be in from what I heard in the stream.

So much carry-on here.

Seems a lot of people didn't like what Blackbox711 had to say, so find all sorts of false narratives to say about him.

"Doesn't like the platform" - he's mentioned flaws in the flight model in MSFS. What's the state of this hobby if a real airliner pilot can't give his valuable insight? Calm down, fans.  That's how a platform can be improved to be more realistic. If you don't want it to be realistic, well fine, but the rest of us who enjoy accurate simulation do.

I've never before seen this hobby with so many people now putting down the insight of someone with more knowledge and experience than them. But I guess it just reflects the state of the world in some ways.

Fenix is no doubt a good plane (I am still using P3D mainly), I think the FSL will be too. Not sure the need for constant knocking. It's not a sport. Development, diversity and constructive criticism make our hobby all the better.

You don't need to justify your choices by constant bashing of an inconvenient insight or fact.

V1 stated that FSLabs in X-Plane is a better simulation compared to the Fenix. Some of that is down to the platform, but not all of it. All of the other highly regarded 3rd party devs have managed to deliver a significantly better flight model in MSFS than Fenix. It should be no surprise that FSLabs is better in this regard.

I'm sure V1 will echo the sentiments of BB when he reviews it.

You sound like a newbie, how many days have you been a flight simmer ?

FSLabs in X-Plane ? you have stated that twice now, so not a typo, more like making it up as you go along.

I don't think you understand its not like he is blatant on his part but if you love or like one developer over another than just stream it while not putting others down. That is my major problem with BB. Maybe he should stream the the most realistic sims he ever used and be gone with it. If you don't like something move one to something else. To me this is just another clickbait stream trying to influence some folks. BTW BB711 is just one opinion and should not influence a whole community.

BB was just being biased. He even mentioned on the stream about GSX integration that hes never seen before pretty funny since its just like Fenix.

He's correct. Currently, the two best GSX Integrations are:

- Fenix, which uses a fully automated approach, where you might still need to use the GSX menu in some cases, like when selecting a Pushback direction.

- Leonardo, which has been the first ever to implement GSX full Remote Control, showing the GSX menu inside its own EFB, but has a more manual approach.

FsLabs has both options available at the same time so yes, the statement about GSX integration are correct.  They also have integration with GSX deicing, and they even read the active GSX airport profile, so they can show (and thus pre-plan) the pushback direction on the MCDU without opening the menu, which is still available (replicated in the EFB), so the Remote control is like a "backup" feature, to be able to access all GSX's features without opening its menu.

Finally found some time to watch the vid, and I am really glad with what I've seen.

Nothing that I wasn't expecting from FSLabs, but in some aspects, like the details added to RW Ops, it is simply ASTOUNDING !!!!

I will not buy for FS 2020 because I do not plan to use FS 2020 again and am fully FS 2024, but will wait for the port to FS 2024.

Flightsimming since 1992

Not being funny but if you are a content creator you no doubt expect any comments good or bad. It’s interesting to see people comment on his vod and anything considered negative about FSLabs is being deleted.

I believe they said it would be a free port over to 2024 if you bought the 2020 version initially.

Funny to see all these new guys who started simming with MSFS now hating on a product they never heard of or touched before.

All these "special features" the Fenix has are just copy-pasted from the FSLabs Airbus.

Wasn't it FSLabs who introduced GSX integration, CPDLC, a cabin in P3D, or the announcements with the same file structure as the Fenix, the EFB that can be used outside the sim? All these features were introduced with FSLabs, not with the Fenix.

But sure the FSLabs is just a copy and paste from the Fenix...

It's not like supporting a sports team. If he finds that one a320 is better simulated than another, then he should say so..

Just because he believes it is better simulated doesn't necessarily mean he's biased.

My opinion here: I have always found BB711 to be measured and fair in his assessments.
