Ok, if your on Steam how do you get SU3 ?, just see SU2 listed in the betas

It's that one, they just didn't change the name but after downloading you will see version 1.5.1.0 in the sim, which is SU3 beta.

This thread is about SU3 not SU2

  • Software Development is oftent multi streamed. This SU3 has probably been in the wings for a few weeks now.  My take, -B

it allows you to lower or raise the overall exposure of the image.

Monitor AOC AGON AG352UCG UltraWide G-Sync @ 3440x1440
Internal Storage 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD
External Storage Three 4Tb HDs

Here’s the performance I’m seeing at iniBuilds LAX in SU3. My setup is a 9800, 5080, and 64GB RAM. Settings are on Ultra, with no AI traffic (I use static AI), and I’m running MFGx3 via the Nvidia App. I have Rebar OFF.

On the ground, I’m using AutoFPS with TLOD at 150; once airborne, I bump it to 300. Anything higher feels like overkill, in my opinion.

Ignore the image quality, screenshots were taken with HDR enabled, which, by the way, looks much better in SU3.

Got it. So nothing seems to be happening except last night where it downloaded files prior to start. I never left Beta. How do I check the current build version?

Yes, HDR looks better in SU3, one of the reasons I am perceiving SU3 as the most authentic so far.

ALT+ENTER to go to windowed mode and you can see the version on top left. It should be 1.5.1.0 if you are on SU3 beta.

I am not sure what this means

Reduced VRAM consumption used by company name textures

"Company name textures"?

That's a 777-300ER...CS I assume from the EICAS...Not the heaviest plane on performance. Are you using 4x frame gen, or is this native?

It's a new option that helps make the sim look "darker" or "brighter" depending on your preference. I find it particularly helpful during the bright noonish hours and reduce it a bit. Not sure if "contrast" would be a better description, but it's something very similar to it.

think you don't need LIDO charts anyway but try to open any chart for any airport.👍🏻

If you refer to opening any chart in the native EFB causes a CTD for at least some users like me, then the good note is that Matt from WT confirmed they can reproduce this bug and will fix it in hopefully one of the next beta builds
