I'm an word not allowed! I apologize a thousand times! I blame my incompetence and ignorance for not knowing that it was the "development" version of the FBW A380 for msfs2024 that I should have downloaded (I obviously downloaded the "old" version")
I'm ashamed, really!
So from the bottom of my heart: I apologize again SO MUCH for my clumsiness and for expressing myself the way I did. I'm just a "stupid girl" right...
When I downloaded the "correct" (development) version of the FBW A380 and installed it, it was exactly what you wrote:
It's a true dream and a complete pleasure to fly!!!

I'm glad that you got things figured out and it's working for you. We all make brain farts every now and then. Just use this as a learning experience, there are many folks here that are willing to help you. But it's depending on how you come across in what you say.

No, the DC-6 is not working well with the Garmin, I'm using it for vor to vor navigation.

Back to the topic: my A380 isn't performing well today—I can't enter the performance data into the MCDU. It was working perfectly yesterday before the latest update, and I really enjoyed hand-flying it.

Finally able to do some flying (other than the Max), so I grabbed the FBW 380 to see how she was.
In short...the best freeware out there, rivaling and surpassing a lot of payware I've paid for in the past!

I took a short hop (for this plane) from KMIA to Cancun (MMUN). The flight was flawless, and the performance was stellar.

She handled 4x simrate very well (a must for long haul aircraft IMO), and had all the features I'd want for a plane that I rarely fly (but will if the price and quality are worth it, which it is by FBW).

Picked up a nice Emirates over at .to from AvTech and took to the skies in this monster.

Here is a screen from a seat I'll never have in real life (upper deck, 1st class).☹️

And here is a seat I'd likely have (in the back, lower deck)

Thanks to FBW for giving giving the community great stuff for free! I'll fly this one when I have that Airbus monster itch.😄
