PMDG B777-300ER now out for 2024
I still hope that someone might share the video. I went through it back when I was using P3D. also have Dash saved, but there's no Dash in the sim 😪

And as always, the question is where to get airline2sim video ?

JF Avro RJ85 - AP Disconnecting on Approach
Just to check have you set up everything according to the procedure (ILS for example) decision hight, did you push APP button, have you chosen correct procedure in the computer etc. It can be that in non-precision approach autopilot turns off automaticaly (I might be wrong - it's just advise for the direction to think.)

JF Avro RJ85 - AP Disconnecting on Approach
Check your autopilot settings I suppose that your approach is in the mode assuming turning autopilot off automatically.

Best AI traffic for 2024
In my case, Beyond ATC doesn’t inject traffic at all for some reason. I asked for a refund. AIG works without problems, but I have many concerns about it — the traffic flies at altitudes that are too high, the density in the air is too low, and I still don’t understand whether this can be fixed.

Time compression wind problems
If we're talking about MSFS2024, then there's no issue, since the time we see on the clock doesn't speed up, even though the simulation itself is accelerated. Besides, when will the bug be fixed, using historical weather solves this problem.

FS 2024 - Default ATC and setting Cruise ALT...
In my opinion, the default planner and ATC simply don't work. Even if I correctly specify the flight level in it in EFB and save it, ATC knows nothing about my plan.

Justflight RJ Professional MSFS - Is it worth it?
Great aircraft — a nice balance between automation and hands-on flying. But there’s a lack of documentation and examples to help choose the right procedures. I think there should be some kind of feedback indicating whether you're flying correctly or not. Simulated failures are one way to do it, but it is too complex. It would be perfect for me, systems started failing when SOP are violated. Right now whether I ventilate the cabin using the APU with one PACK or two — nothing happens. I remember the DO-27 for FSX used to give a post-flight report - throttle too abrupt, oil temp out of limits, ideal.

PMDG 777-200ER to release between Apr 29 to May 1
I'm very curious how it will work with time acceleration (it will not for sure), I really love 777, really like lang haul flights, but I don't see the point in buying if I can't control the time.

Why Only PMDG Develop Boeing Series
Because back in the day, the only serious add-ons were just Boeings, and only from PMDG. There were actually Level-D and CaptainSim, but basically, everyone was dreaming about an Airbus — and that time has finally come. Fortunately. it's just a historical development of the market.

Leonardo Maddog MSFS2024 released
Because it was pretty standard in FSX and P3D. More or less, it’s a matter of habits in the game. Always used the pause to study new aircraft, always with historical weather, always acceleration on long hauls in cruise - to observe how the landscape changed, monitor temperature, and see how fuel burned, etc -this is what interests me. Polar route KJFK-VHHH with the PMDG 777 — I would never have done it without acceleration. And there were no problems with it at all. Now Asobo decide that I don't need playing with time (pause, history, acceleration)— I disagree. When reasoning about realism, I don’t quite understand: the sim doesn’t simulate real weather consequences, real ATC, traffic and lots of other things — the customer should decide what’s important to them and increase the difficulty using addons. And it still remains a game because you can fly completely incorrectly on the most complex addons without any consequences. (Just look at most YouTube videos of MD-82 flights). I consider the simulator is a game with a lot of individual compromises.

Leonardo Maddog MSFS2024 released
In FSX, equally complex addons flew without issues, and time acceleration at cruising altitude is exactly what I need the simulator for — I love simulating long flights. Considering that MSFS2024 is all about flying here and now, I think the problem is the platform itself, not the addon.

Leonardo Maddog MSFS2024 released
At speed 4, the stopwatch flies into space (clearly faster than 4), and the fuel consumption calculation with it. According to the computer, the fuel quickly drops to zero, but it’s still in the tanks. At the same time, the clock runs at speed 1.0, that is why the ETA decreases. In short, I’m getting nonsense with time and fuel.

Leonardo Maddog MSFS2024 released
Wonderful addon, as it features balance between manual work and automation. I recommend watching Leonardo’s videos — they are short and methodologically accurate. The only additional thing you’ll have to learn - different descent techniques. Unfortunately, I can't hear announcements in the cockpit and don't know how to enable them (PA on the radio panel is on, all sim sounds are set to max). Additionally, the aux tanks on the MD-83 don't consume fuel as they should (it seems to be a sales point), and the cockpit textures are terrible. It’s also impossible to use with a high sim rate — but that’s a general question for the simulator, why they don’t let us control time.

LOWI RNAV Y 08 help
08 LOWI visual approach was in pmdg tutorial for FSX. Very interesting and chalenging. There you had to be at FL130 at RTT, already slow, flaps extended and follow the visual app chart.

Refueling While in Sim
There is an option in controls settings that can be assigned to a key combination - add 25% fuel.

How to Climb in Cessna Caravan
This simulator does it incorrectly - it gives an unrealistic flight level. You can adjust it in the planner before the mission, but this doesn't always help, especially if the route goes through mountainous terrain, for example

You are right, the Fenix price includes my VAT, and I mistakenly thought of 8 pounds as a percentage

With the FSL tax policy, the difference is even greater. about 65$ vs 86$ in my case
