  1. Is it possible for you to sound any more arrogant? "backbone of flight's success?? The peolpe who buy the game are the "backbone of Flight's success"
  2. http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?112527-Cannibal-Queen-Route BTW, tok me 30sec in google. have a nice day
  3. I fear that FLight will have to suffer the invasion oh Hackers, that have ruined so many other online games. I forsee 500kt Rvs and instant level 20 players w/ 100% achievements. Oh well such is modern gaming IMO.
  4. I agree! I am shocked and dissapointed in MS flight team. What's next? Manhatten Island with a re-creation of the Twin Towers; and an aerocache between them?Shame MS; SHAME!
  5. The next area after Alaska will be Great Britain, with the Focke Wulf FW 190.After that it will be Germany with the Avro Lancaster.Shame on you MS.
  6. Lucky you. I can't get it to turn on!
  7. There is also IT"S YOUR PLANE, which allows you to talk to ATC, as well as have your co-pilot handle systems and checklists.http://www.itsyourplane.com/RB
  8. The one thing(Word) that is bothering me in some the responses to opinions of Flight vs everything else is the word "Serious".c'mon people; it's a hobby.I enjoy Flight sims...I enjoy playing my 5 string banjo...I enjoy playing my 12 string guitarI enjoy singing. When I describe my hobbies to people, I never preface it by saying;("I'm serious about.....") I don't have a "serious" guitar, or a "serious" banjo, or a "serious" flight sim.I DO ENJOY playing them all.Y'all need to lighten upRB
  9. It's not just that there are trees, some of these trees are 200ft+ high. Never seen a tree that tall.
  10. Nice job, however too dark and "moody' for my taste. Not a criticism, just my preference.RB
  11. Sorry, but what do a static glider and helicopter have to do with a discussionof the likelyhood of more SAR missions??That's equal to assuming that;as Hawaii has so many trees modeled there willsurely be a "Lumbercamp" DLC.RBSorry,Stephan; just getting tired of these trolls.
  12. I have been playing Flight, since it was released, and really enjoy the GA flying.I do, however, see a problem with any attempt to add ATC and AI.Most players that I have observed, attempt to take off from wherever they spawn.regardless if that is a runway, parking spot,...etc.I see chaos ahead if ATC is added.I guess "private" sessions is the only answer to this. I've already hadplayers attempt to "ram" me while I am trying to complete a mission. .Or different servers for "hardcore" or "casual" players, much likeMMOs do with PK and non-PK servers.RB
  13. I don't think "many gamers feel the same way".And I don't think Track is a "massively popular piece of hardware."I would speculate that the "gamer" who is contemplating adding hardware to his FS,has trackIR way down the list, past Yoke; pedals; throttle quadrant; quality headset...etc.If you, or someone can provide numbers to show the "massively popular" extentof trackIR, then it's a different story. As it is, it is no more accurate than the speculation about the next DLC.And, personally, far down my list as well.RB
  14. I'm online most every day US EST.ronzo155
  15. I'm fixin' to. Some time soon; I reckon.I lived in South Carolina For 18 years. Southern people are the BEST!!I'm dying to hear someone say;"How y'all doin'."RB
  16. I don't know about "hardcore" [as they see themselves] simmers being drawn to Flight in large numbers. It is my observation that AVSIM Flight forum is the only site that has a generally positive opinion of Flight. It is resoundingly dismissed in all the other FS sites I frequent.RB
  17. As do I.I see a lot of players stuck in scenery, and coach them out of the weeds.I see even the "young" don't RTFM...lolRB
  18. Is that; "To Blave" from the Princess Bride?? :LMAO: :LMAO:RB
  19. Welcome back!I too am a recent returnee. I used to haunt these forums waaay backwhen there was a racing forum here. And, as you are, I am throughly enjoying Fight.Especially the Stearman. I can do arobatics in that plane mucheasier than in the Van.Hope to hook up with some of you online.usta was avsim id=ronzo155multi gamertag=ronzo155RB
  20. I'm sot of torn on this subject. If one is flying the "Heavy Iron", then inclimate RW weather is really cool. But if you are flying the Light AC currently in FLight, you are grounded.I woke up this morning to just such weather in Hawaii, and realizedthat in FSX it wouldn't have bothered me.I think the "weather Fairy" was messing with my settings. But, in FLight, with it's gusting winds, I was blown all over the sky.Which made me think:We need a damage model. and in hanger repairs.Has anyone discovered if you can "fry" an engine in FlightI'm wandering..haven't had my java yet.RB
  21. I don't like "THE SIMS" series. I'm on my way over to their forums to let everyone know how I feel.Oh, wait; I don't like FPS games either.Gotta go find their individual forums and complain there too.Never played an FPS, but I KNOW they are bad.AAAAAAAAGH!!!RB
