July 19, 201015 yr Anything we ever say regarding dates is an estimate, not a guarantee. That was made clear in the thread where we posted that video actually. That was our internal "target" time frame at the time and I'm sure you can surmise that it has probably changed a bit since. This happens with everything we've ever released, it's nothing new - development is volatile and very hard to actually predict when something will be finished. We're going as fast as we can on this - believe me, we want it released more than you guys do!I think its smart that you guys don't give concrete release dates. Don't go too fast! :)Cheers! That hardware's getting pretty old. 2GB of RAM really hurts in FSX, you need at least 4. The 8600 GS is not that great of a chipset either. I'd be most worried about the amount of video memory the laptop has - the NGX has very large textures... Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
July 19, 201015 yr Moderator oh i doubt that!!! :)I don't.They would probably love to release it as soon as possible so they can:1. Start making a profit on it.2. Quit getting bugged about people asking how much longer and what features it will have.A business doesn't make a cent on a product that is in development, hence they probably want to finish soon, start collecting profits and move on to the next project. Of course PMDG as a money-making business wants to do exactly what you say.
July 19, 201015 yr I got a question about NGX.Will registered version of FSUIPC be required to avoid violent turns from left to right (like in 747-400X)? I'm very curious. The NGX will cost at least $70 and FSUIPC is another $30, so I really do not wish to spend money on FSUIPC. Cheers Paul Kawalec Chicago O'Hare Int. Airport . July 19, 201015 yr let the guys do there jobs the more time they put into developing this bird (instead of making and uploading screenshots) the sooner you get it in your simThat is the worst excuse ever. Sorry, the time it takes to hit print screen and upload to photobucket or wherever is completely negligible.Just let the guys do their jobs. Leave it at that. We will get more screenies when they want to show them. Tired of Streetlights everywhere? Try MSFS DarkStreets today!
