Hi *******/anyone,I used your tuning tool for Prepar3D and noticed an AffinityMask setting of 84 on my 2600K HT on. I then ran the tool again for HT off as I wanted to check performance in Prepar3D with HT on/off. In both cases the setting was 84.My computing knowledge is pretty low so am I giving the tool the correct data.Under task manager with HT ON I have 8CPU windows and with HT OFF I show only 4 CPU windows. So I've entered in the tool options 8 for HT on and 4 for off.Why is 84 set for both cases. (actually I thought 254 was for HT on)thanksIC 2

I too get this message and actually posted the two JOBSCHEDULER entries here in a previous post, each with a different Affinity Mask setting. So far I have not received any suggestions/tips as to which AM to get rid of.This would be interesting if it develops further.

hello everyone, I've tried the auto tweaker and I have a problem with water effect, anytime I change between 1x High and anything with 2x LOW, medium or high I get half the FPS 15 vs 30 ??? I've tried to install the latest shader 3 mod but it didn't help.I have a 930 OC 4.0 with 480GTX and 12 gigs of DDRAM3 FSX with acceleration. Evan Banalian.

Delete your FSX.cfg. Launch FSX. Close FSX. The run the tweak tool again.

Strange.... I used to get graphical errors with it. Not sure if that has any relation to your issue.

I have a rather strange experience. On my older computer, an i7 920 with Asus AMD 5870 - video card, Bojotes tweaking tool together with an external FPS limiter, FSX worked very well (although I could only have one monitor running).I then built a new sim computer, an i5 2500K with an Asus Nvidia 560 video card and now Bojotes tweaked cfg-file makes it unflyable. Loads of microstutters and if I use the FPS limiter Bojote recommends or the other one, the antilag, it becomes even worse. It works much much better with the default fsx.cfg although I am sure I could get it to perform even better with some tweaks. Very strange!
