Planning for a vacation can take a few weeks, waiting to go on vacation can take a few weeks, then finally packing everything and actually going on vacation could hopefully take a few weeks! Using this logic (Pl+w+p=NGX) we could very well be seeing the NGX in a couple weeks.

I could walk into a travel shop and be on a plane on holiday the next day, be there for 2 weeks, been back for for 2 weeks and still no word since that statement. Agreed, the logic is designed in such a way! This is related to the great sense of humor that PMDG shows in many of their posts. It's time to step back and enjoy the ride that will be one heck of a release. One thing is for certain, the NGX will be released and we'll all get to fly her.

The correct sentence is: "PMDG will announce BETA in this forum after NGX enters in Beta". This after may be a few days after or a few weeks after. I've made the same mistake before. For that reason, the answer could be 'no' or 'yes. No one knows, but given the comments from a potential beta tester and PMDG itself earlier in this thread, there's a big possibility that the NGX have entered beta a few days ago, but perhaps PMDG thinks this is not the right time to announce it.

If i were R.S.Randazzo, i would announce beta 1-2 days before release because thats the point you can say the product is finished :) I think (!!! i don't know anything!!!!) they are in Beta so the next days i'll keep my eyes on this forum ;)

See therein lies a major problem Ryan. You are dealing with people from many different cultures and languages - what you may see as a joke, and yes I did as well, others may not which then gives rise to the types of "animated" discussions that are rather prevalent here :(
