"Shade" for FSX

Featured Replies

Yes, ENBseries is a useful tool but the event of shade has made it unnecessary now, and ablessing for ATI users who suffered CTDs with ENBseries.

Wow, thank you so much for this review. I have been waiting now for a couple of weeks for someone to step up to the plate and elaborate on this product. Thank you so much, as this has helped me tremendously in my decision. I cannot thank you enough. Bob

Nice words. Too bad there always has to be one of these posts in an otherwise friendly discussion.I'm so sick of ungrateful people who come here and make snide remarks like you just did. If u have problem, state your issue and seek help rather than just comming here and saying it sucks and not even giving reason.Your sound like another one of those idiot teens who feels entitled to say whatever they want with no regards for peoples feelings and wouldn't know how to be polite if your life depended on it.Off my soap box, but comments like this and the common fashion in which they are posted make me sick.

Jim (And maybe others), can we please avoid stereotypes about teens and sentences with the word 'idiot' in it?I don't think that this sort of triggered reaction to any offensive statement establishes a sort of relief. To be honest, I actually think it does the opposite. smile.png So, hop in guys, 1.02 gave you some more presets. Happy with them?I'm still trying some of them and it's nice to be able to give the sim a "lighting mood" in regard to the scenery and time of the year one intends to fly. Great little app! By the way, I think Mitch gave a nice tip about the dynamic contrast feature of some monitors.

You've got to admit.... it was a pretty childish statement. I think anyone who makes comments like that, pretty much deserves whatever he gets (right or wrong).

Sorry, unable to conform to your request. Usually these types of posts come from kids spending their parents cash and feel free to say whatever they want with no consequence. I've seen it all to many times in FS forums. Face it, todays youngsters are a lot looser with the mouth than in yesteryear. Just look at all the bullying you hear about on the news and verbal abuse they dish out on the net. Maybe he's not a teen but it sounds like a coward statement that one of them would make.I wasn't calling that guy an idiot, although I do feel his post was that of a disrespectful person.Sorry that you dont agree with me, but I felt his post was uncalled for.

I really hope everybody feels better now.Seriously, guys, back to topic would be much appreciated. smile.png No offence intended.

how do I get the update? I logged into my account at the flightsimstore do I just dl the installer again?

Yes, it shows only as "ShadeWrapper.exe." It is v1.02 so you will have to uninstall the previous version.

I always subscribe to notifications about updates (FSS) but I never get any.. did you guys got notifications about Shade updates? If you have a lot of addons it's hard to monitor all those forums and websites but I rarely get any notifications from any flightsim webstore even though I always subscribe.

I really hope to see some video, on the way to get the most from this software.thanks
