Are Terminal Procedures (SIDs/STARs/ARRIVALs) included or is it more like a LIGHT variant?

Kind regards, Erich.

how long will the review come out? . I think I'll wait til the whole package is released, with the same price of course, as it's stated.

Just did a proper test flight in it. It does pretty much everything you'd want it to; flies well and even tracks LNAV on fast simulation rates pretty well, where it holds altitude to within about 20 feet either side of the target alt through turns. Some additional info:

Frame rate in FS9 with all the detail turned up, on an I-7 2600 (average was around 65):

Close up detail stands up pretty well:

Flying the Honiley 1R SID from EGCC on LNAV/VNAV with no problems at all:

En-route with LNAV/VNAV FMC speed limited by MCP speed window (check out the reflection on the yoke too incidentally, which is very nicely done as you can see):

It's a very nice thing, and not too steep a learning curve if you know stuff like the 737, as it is not a million miles away from it as far as operation goes.

the current cycle is 1205, i was wrong in my post  sorry

Did a short test flight in it today, and I'm even more impressed. That VC is one of the best I've ever seen. There's a fix on the official support forum for the stuttering problem as well.

Bill, did you save the "qwl" files to the same directory that the "Dispatcher" program resides in (Quality Wings/Livery Manager)? I've found that simplifies the livery installation process. Otherwise, you may have gotten some corrupted downloads.

What stutter problem, John? Cant seem to find any problems in the forum about stuttering.

I'm getting this after work today. I thought it was going to be too "simplified" for me but in fact all point to it being just the right level of complexity for my normal FS flying, including the FMS. on top of that it is just unbelievable to have a new FS9 plane with this kind of stunningly beautiful model and VC.

Thanks John. Following a lot of frustration fiddling around with various things after reading the QW support forum last night, the problem was simple and you were right - corrupt downloads! Should have checked that myself as I have been there before with other downloads - always pays to try the obvious things first!

I think I am going to spend a long time in this airliner - it is a very impressive product (and it's for FS9!!)

Bill

It looks like a really impressive aircraft !!! Question: In the first demo video posted by FlashIsis, what airport/city scenery is that? It looks equally impressive. Thanks.

Thank you kindly... much appreciated. I can feel my credit card struggling to break free of my wallet !!!

I had a pretty wicked stutter on my first test flight, but the advice from Lars in the "CTD and FPS Drops" thread cured it.

Glad you were able to sort the livery problem, Bill.

:good:

Nice to hear another quality payware addon released for Fs9.

I still hold my wallet for QW 787. Can't really afford both of them since I'm in progress of upgrading to FSX (will be using both Fs9 and FSX). I hope my computer can handle FSX though.

Yup, I bought it too, although principally because that means I'll eventually end up with it for FSX. Very nice 3D model, great flight model, excellent VC with a lot of systems fidelity.

Al, is it worth £30? I value your opinion. ;)
