This is like asking Apple what they do. This was mentioned in an earlier thread. PMDG is quiet on that front because they don't want other companies knowing what's going on behind closed doors. Less stuff you can give your competition (they don't have a monopoly in this market) the better.

Ships are cooler that you think.

Not to mention the fact that they dont all work under one roof. It would be really difficult even if they wanted to.

I think he isn't talking about showing codes or blueprints or things of the project itself. It would be like a short movie of the employees in fast forward showing their daily routine working for PMDG. Angle of Attack did something similar with a 2-minute video showing Chris Palmer at home editing the whole presentation video of their 737 training.

I don't think that this will be done, at least not in the near future due to the PMDG HQ relocating. Even then I do not know what people expect to see other than a person sat at a computer for 12hrs+. Personally I would prefer a tour/video of the new studios or respective working areas of different PMDG staff.

A time lapse video of someone sitting in front of a computer balls deep in code, nah, just let them work.

Lol guys, yea, it would be interesting until you realize that for the most part is guys behind computers :)

3 hour time lapse of a few guys sitting at a compluter and flipping through pages of documents.....sounds liek an oscar winner

I for one just want to eat my hotdog, be fat and happy... No need to take a tour of the sausage factory...

You definitely would get a video of some guys sitting at computers all day long looking at code and support tickets lol.

I'd love to show the process of surveying an airplane or something like that, but that's an issue for the airlines, not us - we're usually under pretty strict agreements regarding that stuff and what can be done with the material.
