Maybe they figured out how to put their stuff on top of photoreal...or maybe just brightened stuff up...

Quote "that will dramatically change the whole sim experience when used in conjunction with FTX Global."

So, one will need FTX-G to dramatically change the whole sim with this new product? Am I reading this right?

Probably, but this is not the announcement. I am sure that when it comes, you can have a field day accusing them of having all sorts of nefarious plots. Why spoil it by doing it now?

Yes, much like FS2Crew737NGX needs the PMDG737NGX, or AES needs a supported airport. What seems to be the problem with this...?

Sounds interesting. My money's on it being a new terrain mesh for the whole world.

Knowing Holger, this I would actually buy unlike FTXG which I have no interest in..

I am all for the last one. Just tried to match a small patch of photoreal to an ORBX region, the contrast and darkening killed the quality of the image.

Best, Michael

Love 'em or hate 'em, but their best feature is dual installers for FSX and P3D. Mesh, landclass or other packages increasing geographic accuracy for the world are most welcomed.
