Yes Dear, by now, we ALL know the issues that the devs are having with Dovetail, & we thank all the devs for what they have created for us so far.. But, this is not a 'feel/be sorry for devs' forum..

 

We actually will not know until the 18th how dramatic & world changing the release is going to be..

Yes, DTG call FSX a video game, so they really know flight sims....Not!!!!!

At last.. A professional company has finally acknowledged that a game, produced by Aces GAMING Studio, & sold in toyshops, now going to be sold by a gaming distributor, etc. Is a game. (for entertainment only) Phew.

And the Train Simulator they sell is also not a game?

Was I asking for anyone to feel sorry for me? Ha.  Not bloody likely.  I was pointing out, however, that DTG isn't proving responsive to devs.  And that, my fellow simmers IS kind of important to note.

Simulator is defined as

A game simulator is defines as

Life FSX is what you make it.  

Turning out more even keel than the mass carnage arguing over flight distater. Should offer up fs2004 on steam too it's played time to time. I play xplane, fsx, fs2004, rc flight sim too.

At last, a sensible comment. I have 2x versions of FS2004 running. The 2nd is a regressed 1930's version. 2004 is very stable!

My world isn't changing one tiny bit... been flying FSX since day 1 and have no need to add Steams version to my system. However following threads like this sure is entertaining :-)

I still have FS2004 as well. It is the stress free Simulator 

They made a deal with Flight one... So why not us and all the others?

 

I was pointing out, however, that DTG isn't proving responsive to devs.

 

But, as you said, DoveTail  did make a deal with  Fllight1, so they are responsive to  some developers. Perhaps DoveTail responded to the developers it wanted and Milviz  isn't one of them?.
