Note how he said it holds more fuel than the a320 series, implying that this new plane is not in the a320 family Yes, the 330 seems logical, as it is similar to the 320 family in terms of systems. Of course, the 380 ALSO holds (a lot) more fuel than the 320 family - but I think the 330 is much more likely. May 28, 20179 yr It will be a longer range A321. Do you really think that a team that has not even brought out an SP1 would do planning/programming of an ultra realistic A330. Give them some 5 years.
May 28, 20179 yr I really hope that they push out x64 updates for their existing A320-X fast... But - I somehow fear/expect, that we're looking at Q4, before we're seeing it. But fingers crossed. Best regards,--Anders Bermann-- ____________________Scandinavian VAPilot-ID: SAS2471

I'm sure this beast was no easy task. (Far form a Boeing) And, as you can see they took a very long time to complete. To this date FSL is the only developer that has managed to come up with such a high fidelity Airbus... But anyway, let's see what the future brings; hopefully lots of more joy. Sure, I thought about this as a possibility as well, let's see if they can manage to improve it now, that a huge limitation (32-bit) is about to end. Another good thing is that improvement LM made regarding the lighting, which could bring benefits to the VC looks too. Best regards, Wanthuyr Filho Instagram: AeroTacto
May 28, 20179 yr FSL A-340 with its variants would be nice. I love that aircraft. Though I'm a huge fan of Airbus, I find through A-380 un-attractive. I don't belive FSL would develop an A-380; it's not that popular. However an A-350 would be super as well.

Could be some of the team like modellers or texture artists are sitting around twiddeling their thumbs, while the coders do their thing (or vice versa)
May 29, 20179 yr I prefer the FSL textures compared to the aerosoft cockpit. Aerosoft seems kinda fake.
May 29, 20179 yr Moderator It's quite depressing that no-one has mentioned FSL's other commercial offering - ConcordeX. They have (correctly) prioritised making the A320 64-bit compatible but haven't given any firm commitment about Concorde. I suspect this is because of reliance on the 3rd party INS utility. The author of INS has promised to make a 64-bit version later this year. Should that happen that would hopefully clear the way for Concorde to be upgraded to 64-bit before any further Airbus variations. Not to do so would be unfair on the owners of this iconic aircraft. His post said carries more fuel than the A320x series... the 321 and it's long range version are both in the 320 family... this is why many have taken this to mean A330... plus, why would the a321 be in very early development? They don't have to start from scratch on that one Mike Avallone [email protected],Corsair H115i cooler,ASUS 2080TI,GSkill 32GB pc3600 ram, 2 WD black NVME ssd drives, ASUS maximus hero MB
May 29, 20179 yr Rather hilarious thread. At least half of it is about how to elude the wife to perform computer upgrades, like more ram. Good thing those things are super easy to swap out quickly. Minimal evasive action required. FSL A320 always pushed the limits and I often OOMed with it if I wasnt careful about settings, and scenery loaded. Now it can be used to its full potential.
