I want them to add the missing MPTO international airport and activate the nose wheel steering axis to assign to my joystick twist axis so that we can properly taxi the airliners.

You are late, very late, to the VR party, but welcome. You’re going to love flying with an HMD.

I can’t believe it’s almost 2021 and so many simmers have never flown in VR! Guys, just go out right now and buy a cheap device to get you in the VR game (Quest 2 is a fantastic starter option).

VR and flight simulation are made for each other.

How hard is it to fly in VR and the use your iPad for charts.. has something been figured out for that already? I tried it a while ago. It was cool but impractical for me.

My list is too long and too hard to pick.  With certainty I am not looking for more eye candy.  There are important core simulator issues to be dealt with.

There’s a bunch of ways around this - toggle to desktop mode is very easy with oculus hmds, for example. Or use the efb in your pmdg plane to display the chart (alt, theres a good freeware app for this in x-plane)

Despite this, I honestly think that charts are still a bit cumbersome in VR, as is writing down clearances. I’m personally very happy to make those sacrifices for all the wonderful benefits that vr brings, but it is a matter of priorities.

If people start with VR with the attitude that they want to keep their current workflow exactly as it is and then just add VR on top of it, they are setting themselves up for failure. Flying with or without VR is two different things and you need to make adjustments to make it work.

If you are not interested in changing how you sim today I don't think VR is worth checking out.

Just really hoping for fixes to things like the coastline & morphing mountains. If I'm honest it's put me off the sim atm. But what a great time we live in, because while I wait for fixes I have been practicing my 3 wires in DCS with the supercarrier. It's easy to be patient with the amount of great sim stuff out there these days. If this next update is a rough one then heck, I could even hook up my wheel again and go for a rip in the LA canyons in AC. Either way, pretending I'm not a broke truck driver has never been easier! Anyway fingers crossed!

My only hope is that they won't break anything else in the sim.

Plus then leave for Xmas and only come back late 2020 or even next year with hotfixes...

Yeah, I suppose I’ll wait to spend money on the marketplace sale until we know if the update breaks any of those addons.

Fixing the mirrored textures on the 747 & 787 would be nice

Performance. Fine tune the CPU core work more. Not sure what they did with the last update but it’s not as smooth as the one before that.

Since they're releasing their own liveries for the plane with this update, I imagine they have.

Personally, I wish , integrated replay feature.(other than the above expectations)

They're working on it, won't be this patch, check the last weekly update.

Are they planning on fixing stuttering as well as the melted / non fully loaded buildings and textures when photogrammetry is on?

They said they do not plan to fix that.

Kinda weird they'd release their own livery without fixing it.
