February 16, 20215 yr Probably the Arrow for me from Just flight. I tend to have a Piper Arrow of some description in every sim, so it is like home to me. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Watermasks have been added in many locations. I hope that Hawaii got some love. Checking the Caribbean now. So far, PR looks better. Seem much better. February 16, 20215 yr Comes down to what is released next, I’m eagerly awaiting the Aerosoft CRJ and the Just Flight Arrow. The Dc Designs F-15 is a wildcard too depending on how the next update shapes up. Dave Current System (Running at 4k): ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F, Ryzen 7800X3D, RTX 5090, 55" Samsung Q80T, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, EVGA CLC 280mm AIO Cooler, Brunner CLS-E NG Yoke, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & Stick, Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant & Add-on, VirtualFly Ruddo+, TQ6+ and Yoko+, GoFlight MCP-PRO and EFIS, Skalarki FCU and MCDU
February 16, 20215 yr Actually ... probably a 9700K to upgrade my current i5-8400. My motherboard would also take a 9900K but it is an ITX case with a Scythe BS3 low profile cooler and I am worried a 9900 would melt it. That would make it 9700K/3070/32GB which, whilst not optimal, should cope with VR OK. There are numerous reports that 64GB ram makes a big difference over 32GB especially when using accelerated sim time but my MB only has two slots so 32GB will have to do.
