Well at least Asobo finally admits there is a performance issue...Thats a start.....

"Hi everyone, the team is aware of the issues currently impacting performance 11. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information to share. Thank you for your feedback and patience while we’re working on these issues."

Being on the MSFS CS team has got to be an awful experience based on the number of issues they have had.....

It creeped me out so much when I discovered this last week, that now I avoid flying in Texas altogether....

This issue is not specific to graphics settings or with hardware.

You'll have the same results at LOD 80 as LOD 200, running a GTX 1060 or an RTX 3090.

It's in the simulator code.

AMD Ryzen R9 9950X3D | Asus Astral RTX 5080 OC | 32 GB DDR5 6000 CL30 | 3440x1440 G-Sync | Logitech Pro Throttles Rudder Yoke Panels | Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS | TrackIR 5 | Oculus Rift S

I spoke too soon earlier. They're back.

Anyone in the UK want to see how bad it can be. Try overflying Farnborough EGLF at about 1000'.

Have your ejector seat ready to go.

Question is how many weeks can I expect before I can fly again, and what will they screw up trying to fix this screwup. It never ends

Hopefully a fix soon.

I found the update prior to the last one very stable and with good FPS. If they had reverted to that one I would be happy. And then they need to get a good beta team to properly test future releases.

Might not be til April or May. Who knows. In the meantime I might have to reinstall P3D so I can fly the Aerosoft CRJ on a functional platform (I already own that one)

Nah, an official ASOBO acknowledgement in a dedicated post means they'll issue a Hotfix I reckon. I hope.

Nah  I've got about 150 hours in DCS A10-II. Going to work on my delivery of Dumb Ordinance in Syria. Found an app that lets me configure all of my common controls for all of my dlc's in one setting.

I wait till the dust settles before I'm back in MSFS if it ever does. I just check back in here to see if anything is happening with this issue

Just restarting the game.

So when I first ran the game FPS was fine in menus but when I visited 76T I had the 3 FPS issue, the only way out for me was to close the game.

ran it again and had 3fps immediately in the menu, closed game.

ran/launched it again and frames came back in menus.

is 76T the new Roswell?
