What have you done to try and fix your problem?

First, I deactivated all mods, CTD on Standardairport, CTD on the new Klagenfurt, Reactivated the Mods, No CTD on JustsimAirports (Heraklion, Santourini, Mallorca), CTD on BMW Valencia-Airports.

I had no Idea.

If the Fix not help, i will deactived all Traffic-maybe this helps.

Want to see what CTDs are like, load up MSFS with mods.

I have been using quite a number of mods, mostly scenery.  I have limited my flights to aircraft with the G1000 NXi, and most of those in the Robert Young mod Turbo Bonanza.  I am also using with the Bonanza the prop blur mod, the Shift-z mod, Navigraph, Honeycomb Bravo mod, Unreal Weather, and am loading just one personalized  Bonanza livery.

I manage my mods with the great Addons Linker and my library of mods is in a shallow folder just off the root folder of the drive they are on.  So is the MSFS folder that holds my Community folder.

I do not position into Community shortcuts to any mods that I will not have in use during my current flight.   Takes me about 7 minutes to shut down the sim, make Addons Linker changes, then reload the sim.  That 7 minutes is time in the bank vs sim freezes or CTDs.

I wonder what surprise awaits us this morning with his update:. Possibilities to run the Hotfix.

1  Launch MS Market Place

2 Launch X Box App

3. Purchase an X Box X

4. Reinstall Windows

5. Buy a new PC

LOL, I remember what it was like when a new version of simulator not allowed came out:

Deactivate license?

Disable anti-virus?

Disable UAC?

Run as Administrator?

Verify checksum?

Full download or client & content?

Clear shaders?

Thank heavens it's now just:

Run X-Box App then run MSFS.

👍

LOL.

On Steam, it will be the usual...

Steam will autoload any system update in the background as soon as it's available. ( if that's your setting)

Open MSFS..  get update..  go fly.

Same as it always was/is.

Probably

Not meaning to sound smug, but I am sooooooo glad I bought MFS through Steam, the client updates just work automatically.

With you on that. So easy that I don’t even think about it. Click and fly.

Don't worry about him.
People here are just having a laugh to lighten things up, but he always comes in with his 'crying and whining' hyperbole.
It makes you wonder who it is that is actually lowering the morale of the forums.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

I know right..  Some people cook a nade, toss the nade in and then leave the building..  it's like that here on Avsim..

All I really want are these decent frames and my tree LOD back..  We all have our different wants and get irritated when things regress or don't happen, it's human nature.
