Only facebook is a website.
The other two are what is known as apps.
Whatsapp is in fact a very useful tool used on a daily basis by companies to send
messages to their remote employees' mobile phones among other things.

One has to take liberties for comedy.

Some of the younger generations did not know what to do all day. Their reason to live was gone!

More scary is, the internet outages we had in parts of North America and Europe a few weeks back, was caused by  _ONE_COMPANY who messed that up!!

Some network config for DNS look-up (the internet's address phone book) was causing this. How can the integrity of major parts of the internet be dependent on one company???

Major design flaw in, my opinion. As we get more dependent on the web in our every day life, i.e. power grid, work, even surgeries. This is really scary and shows how vulnerable we'd become....

Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

I couldn't talk with my daughter! Not sure it has anything to do with them "younger generation"...I'm 70!

I use Whatsapp on my mobile phone, but I hardly noticed the issue. I went to see No Time to Die at the cinema last night, and I left my mobile phone at home.

Which is paradoxical as Internet was created with DARPA funding to reduce critical network vulnerability 😏

Yep, me and my family use it all the time to keep in touch as one of us is still in the UK . Then there's other contacts too.

Yes I know many are making comments in jest, but WhatsApp is excellent, Very useful application indeed. If it wasn't for WhatsApp Id have to resort to phone calls email, text etc to talk to my son. Easier and free with WhatsApp via my Wi-Fi. No charges made for calls and messages to any part of the world as long as internet is available. No adds. Easy to use, well laid out interface, tools easy to use.

No idea if it is "woke" or not, but I would definitely watch another movie with the "new" 007 in it
