OK boys and girls, from SWS discord they’re announcing the update is coming Monday afternoon. 🤞

“@everyone to ensure minimal problems and good server support during delivery, the Kodiak's update will be released Monday afternoon.

If any of you are having difficulty with the website, please let us know by starting a ticket in <#922550843864150057> telling us what the problem is and your country so we can check it.

Thank you for your patience and see you on Monday!”

Hmmm.   I bought and paid on Contrails. Will I have to wait til AFTER SWS publishes on their own servers?

Of course, it'll probably take a few days before the update shows up on all the other different shops.

No way. It will be available at all resellers on Monday. They’ve botched this update for the last three weeks, I’d bet anything this update will be on ORBX Monday… barring any more unforeseen circumstances.

Which Monday is the update coming, this one, or next Monday, or maybe in April???

1.0.2.4 now on JustFlight. I presume this is the update?

I think the Kodiak Updates are being handled by Asobo, confusion junction. 🙄

I bought the Kodiak from the market place yesterday version 1.0.24.

Asus Maximus Hero X11, Intel i9 10850k, 32gb Corsair Dominator ram, 2tb Corsair mp510 ssd  m2, Gigybyte turbo RTX 3090

Looks like Contrail has the update available (1.0.24)

Eric

i9-12900k, RTX 5070ti OC, 32GB ddr5 5600 RAM, 2TB 980 Pro SSD, Titan 240RX AIO, Samsung CRG90 49", Win 11

Today I received a download email from SWS and downloaded the file Installer_SWS_Kodiak_Wheels_MSFS_20220220.zip from the SWS website. The new ver # announced on DISCORD is version 1.0.24 .

If you got it from SWS, you have to go to their web site, sign onto your account, and go to downloads, and download the installer. Then you will get the updated version.

-Fixed pitch trim mismatch when disengaging AP.

-Improved Autopilot PID for NAV & LOC hold.

Won't be able to fly before the weekend. Maybe someone can report back whether these two issues have been mitigated.

Nose still drops when disengaging autopilot, just like before.

Well, poup.  That's the one thing I was looking forward to being fixed.  Thanks for the heads up.

I posted on their discord page, and they were surprised. I am going to try it once more to make sure I observed correctly. Seemed to me like it had not changed at all.
