Not sure - but the gal with the video said she was flying a RC (Release Candidate) - as a tester to me that means within a few weeks typically.

I used the free one - well before he switched it to the G3X.  And when it used the G1000 NXi.  With the NXi the plane could actually navigate worth a darn....  But now he put the stock G3X in there and no GTN...  so it's basically dead to me lol.  The SWS payware RV14 has GTN support and specifically the GTN I prefer, the TDS GTN Xi.  Even though I would have preferred an analogue panel with TDS GTN - I'm happy to get the SWS due the powerful TDS GTN configuration.

In the spirit of pouring GA, please pour me a pint of the JustFlight Tomahawk.  (!)  Yessir

The Vans airplanes intrigue me, and I know a lot of people here love them.  This one looks relatively fast, and has some nice avionics.  That thing needs a PT6 though.  Heh.

No comparison... I tried the free one, and have removed it.  Sometimes you indeed get what you pay for..

I flew the Baytower RV7A in P3D all the time, and it was great.  Just waiting for an equally well made RV for MSFS.

Can hardly wait for the SWS RV14A version.  I love their Kodiak, and this one is going to be another favorite, I am sure. 🙂

Agree, the steam gauge version would be my choice as well.. but I guess that new VANs aircraft are typically equipped with glass panels now a days.. Pity..! 😉

My first 10 hours of the Pilots licence was at Panshanger in the UK using a Piper Tomahawk.  A few days after a lesson it was on the TV news after crashing into a house in north London!

Panshanger was a lovely airfield but it is no more 😪

I think a C5 Galaxcy would be nicer. 🤤

AMD RYZEN 9 5900X 12 CORE CPU - ZOTAC RTX 3060Ti GPU - NZXT H510i ELITE CASE - EVO M.2 970 500GB DRIVE - 32GB XTREEM 4000 MEM - XPG GOLD 80+ 650 WATT PS - NZXT 280 HYBRID COOLER

Now this looks like a fun aircraft to fly!

I finally purchased my first add-on aircraft for MSFS this weekend (the Kodiak) and I must say it is absolutely lovely!. I stopped using MSFS after the SU5 fiasco, but I must say that returning to MSFS now at SU8 has been a nice ride so far (even tho' the weather is still a coin toss sometimes).

The RV's being developed by SimWorks are definitely in my shopping list now.

Flying these when the Iberian World Update is released should be really fun.

Thanks for sharing the vid
